Nish Niche is a small, contemporary atelier designing sophisticated and timeless clothes in the heart of New York City. We make small batch, limited production pieces so everything sold is a unique piece of art. As a result of our process our collections embody our passion for creating stand-out pieces, like ladies cotton summer dresses, that are luxurious, easy-to-wear and enduring. Everything is manufactured in NYC and fabrics are imported from Japan and Italy.
We have created a unique niche of clothing and accessories, including cotton sundresses that fuse together our love of Asian and Scandinavian aesthetics. Asia’s rich, colorful history and gorgeous textiles are complementary with the Scandinavian approach to design – minimal, elegant and pure. Our choice in fabrics from typewriter cotton to organic silk, allows us to design with elegant details and use both modern and ancient techniques. This combination makes our silhouettes effortless, sophisticated with universal appeal - something for everyone. The fit is relaxed so easy to wear and good for all ages!

About Nisha
Nisha Inalsingh, born in Trinidad and raised in the US, is the visionary behind Nish Niche. She brings a wealth of experience from her work in the fashion industry in New York City where she produced photoshoots and fashion shows for a variety of clients.
She also worked in marketing overseeing advertising campaigns, website development and product launches from both the agency and corporate sides of business.
Her diverse background also includes the writing, producing, and directing of her acclaimed Icelandic documentary, Huldufolk 102, which played in film festivals around the world.
Drawing from her global adventures and profound appreciation for cultural diversity, Nisha embarked on the journey of launching the Nish Niche in 2021.
Her extensive travels have fueled her curiosity and deepened her appreciation of the interconnectedness of nature, our environment and their symbiosis with fashion, creating her first limited edition women's cotton dresses for summer.
