Returns & Refund Policy Nish Niche
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Nish Niche is not responsible for return shipping and or insurance fees. A 10% restocking fee will be charged if this is a return vs. a manufacturing issue or shipping error.

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hang tags and packaging attached.
Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned. Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hang tags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.
Surprise sales and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned online or in our shops.
We accept returns of products purchased online and shipped worldwide. Items purchased on www.nishniche.com may be returned or exchanged at our New York warehouses.
Returning by mail (u.s.)
We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hang tags and packaging attached.
Complete the returns section of the original packing slip.
Pack your items and packing slip. Pack them securely and in the original package if possible. Keep the non-returns portion of the packing slip for your records.
Ship it back.
We recommend that you use ups or insured parcel post. Note the tracking number for your records. Nish Niche is not responsible for return shipping and or insurance fees.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift with a gift packing slip (you’ll be able to tell by it having encoded prices).
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.
Refunds & Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
Your refund will include the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
